Year 10 pupils are into their 5th week of learning how to make Choux Pastry – a delicate pastry dough used in many pastries.
Year 11 have also been completing challenging pastry dishes such as Paris-Brest – a classic French pastry featuring a crisp baked ring of Pâte à Choux. These are extremely difficult, but the pupils have worked really hard, improving their technique. A huge well done to them all!
