Woodlands pupils and staff pay respects

Remembrance Sunday is held every year as a day to commemorate the contribution of British and Commonwealth military and civilian servicemen and women in the two World Wars and later conflicts.

This year Rememberance Day was Sunday 12th November 2023.

Woodlands Academy showed our respects to the fallen. We took several pupils to a service at St James’s Church in Spilsby, where they also laid a wreath at the war memorial.
